1. I would like to browse through products. How do I start? back

To start browsing products, you may view our newest products on the Home page or select categories from the top left column on the Home Page.
Or visit the Browse Products page to view all categories and sub-categories and then select those categories and products you wish to view.

2. I do not see an appropriate category or subcategory to find a particular item. back

If you cannot find appropriate category to find a product listed under, please try searching for the product using Online Store Advanced Search.
It is also possible a particular product is not yet listed or available in Rutland Online Store, please Search Main Rutland Website instead.

3. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it? back

If you forgot your password, we will send you a temporary replacement password. Click "I forgot my password" at the logon page, enter the email, which your registered at our board and click "Email My Password". Check your Email for the temporary password we sent you. Once you are signed in to your account with this new password, make sure to change it to your own by clicking the "Update Account" link at the top navigation bar.

4. Can I change my Email address, password or name? back

You may change your profile information at any time by clicking "UpdateAccount". However if you change your Email address or User Name, we may need to verify it if there appear to be duplicate accounts. The update procedure is essentially the same as when you first registered.

5. I wonder if my Email will be added to different lists and used inappropriately for spam. back

You Email address will absolutely NOT be sold or passed on to any lists or other parties. If you choose to participate in our E-mail list, you may occasionally receive E-mails announcing new products, sales and any changes in our policies or information concerning your account. If you do not wish to receive these E-mails, do not check "Add to E-mail List" box when registering. You may still use your account to respond to product listings, bookmark and save favorite items, set up product alerts and participate in our forums.
